What if I want a custom order or even Gift wrap?

💫If you would like a custom order you can go to the top left corner of the website page and it would be the last option you can choose.

💫Please send an email and let us know if you would like your item to be gift wrapped or if you would like a gift message. If you want anything specific or have any custom adjustments that need to be made please don’t hesitate to ask! Please also let us know if you would like a name personalized on an item.

💫Because each item is handmade by me, there may be slight variations in size. There also may be slight variations in color of yarn and fabric color due to lighting in picture. Texture of yarn may also vary depending on availability.

What if I don’t think ill fit into your s/M/L Sizing?

💫Please let us know if you’ll need any sizing adjustments. If we shipped out an item and it doesn’t fit and you want it remade you can email us the measurements of the area that adjustments is needed or send in your body measurements and the item will be remade to those measurements.

Where is my package?

⭐️Please make sure all of your information is correct including name and address. We cannot help much if a mistake was made on the customers part with inaccurate information and it was delivered to the wrong address.

⭐️Processing an order can take anywhere from a week to a month. Please keep in mind that everything sold is handmade (except the pushing cushions) by one person and it takes time to make a handmade item. Along with processing times, Shipping estimates are only estimates and not a guarantee. Although we process our items as quickly as we can for you guys, Please allow extra time on custom orders (Approximately 3 weeks or more for custom orders). With any holidays coming up, it is important to give orders extra days to make sure our shipping carrier can deliver on time. Not many orders get lost in the mail, but if that is the case a USPS claim needs to be made on the customers part and we can gladly assist if you need help.

⭐️Please allow extra time for your item to arrive. If an item did not arrive please contact us within a 2 week time frame so we can help resolve the issue.

⭐️Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the shipping label being printed. So shipping will be processed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once the package is dropped off at USPS, we can no longer be held accountable for shipping delays.

⭐️Please be aware customers in International Countries may have to pay custom charges depending on destination country.
