Domestic & international shipping

Processing an order can take anywhere from a week to a month. Please keep in mind that most items are handmade by one person and is not being made by a machine so 1-4 weeks may be needed for more timely items. Along with processing times, Shipping estimates are only estimates and not a guarantee. Although we process our items as quickly as we can for you guys, Please allow extra time on custom orders (Approximately 3 weeks or more for custom orders).

International returns must be received within 7 days of the original delivery date to guarantee a full refund.  Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Édas.Co.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We will not credit international duties or taxes.

Customers have 7 days from delivery date to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Please note that this is a slow fashion business and everything is handmade and may need longer processing time. Items can also be subject to yarn, fabric and art supply availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item cannot be fulfilled we will notify you as soon as possible.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not able to be made, you will be notified and a refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/original payment account.

Promotional sale purchases (including items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions. Please note your store credit does not expire and will be available at anytime. In the event that we will accept a discounted item for a refund we will apply a 25% re-stocking fee.
